1.   Minimum 9 month residential
      commitment

2.   Must work full time Mon through Sat - days only

3.   Mandatory evening classes throughout
      the week, including:Addictions Education
      course, Mental Health counseling, 
      Life Skills, & Anger Management

4.   Cash restrictions, close financial
      supervision, and escrow required

5.   Maintain sobriety from all substances
      and submit to random urinalyses

6.   Mandatory program fee of $175.00/week
      (men),  $140.00/week (women),
       includes: housing, transportation, utilities,
       counseling, and classes

7.   24 hour supervision and accountability

8.   Share bedroom and bathroom with
      other residents

9.   Share housing responsibilities, such as,
      cooking and cleaning

10. Must be home daily for dinner by
       6:00pm

11. Attend Harvest Tabernacle church and
      related functions
